Fontainebleau Miami Beach features daily fitness classes for its guests to enjoy. Find the below schedule to plan your stay at our Miami Beach spa resort accordingly.

60 MINUTES

MONDAY

MAT PILATES | 9 AM
Controlled exercises that engage the mind and condition the total body. The blend of strength and flexibility training improves posture, reduces stress and creates long, lean muscles without bulking up.

TUESDAY

HIGH INTENSITY INTERVAL TRAINING (HIIT) | 9 AM
A mix of body priming and strength training movements at moderate intensity with engaging high intensity interval training drills (guests utilize 60-80% of maximum heart rate) using your own body weight–powered by TRAZER and TechnoGym. All levels of fitness welcome.

WEDNESDAY

TOTAL BODY | 9 AM
Full-body workout integrating strength and conditioning drills using your own body weight. An excellent class to maximize calorie burn.

THURSDAY

STRETCH AND TONE | 9 AM
Actively elongate and strengthen your muscles with sequences of dynamic and static movements to improve range of motion, balance, mobility and physical stability.

FRIDAY

YOGA BALANCED BY GREENMONKEY | 9 AM
Increase strength coordination, concentration, body awareness, and reduce stress through Lapis Yoga balanced by GreenMonkey®.

CORE CONDITIONING | 10:15 AM
Tighten and strengthen your core with a combination of isolated and dynamic exercises. A strong emphasis is placed on bending, reaching and twisting movements while engaging core muscles.

SATURDAY

YOGA BALANCED BY GREENMONKEY | 9 AM
Increase strength coordination, concentration, body awareness, and reduce stress through Lapis Yoga balanced by GreenMonkey®.

PRIVATE CLASSES
All classes listed above are available as private one-on-one sessions or group sessions (two or more). 

 

GreenMonkey® Yoga is a balanced living community, promoting physical and mental wellness.

*Fitness classes are 60 minutes in length. Fitness shoes and wear required. Access to classes is complimentary for hotel guests with presentation of room key. Pre-registration is suggested as class sizes are limited. Meet at the gym 15 minutes prior to scheduled class time. Guests must be 16 years or older. Private sessions available upon request.
