Q What is the minimum guest age for BleauLive events?    
A BleauLive events require children ages 7 and up to be accompanied by a supervising adult. Age restrictions are subject to change based on the event, and will be listed on the event page. Guest must be 21 or older to drink. 

Q Where will the event take place?    
A All BleauLive events are on Fontainebleau property. The specific location varies by event and will be listed on the event page. 

Q What is the best browser to use to purchase a ticket?
A We recommend using IE Internet Explorer 8 or higher, Google Chrome or Mozilla Firefox.

Q I purchased my ticket online and I have not received a confirmation email. Can you send me a copy of my ticket?

A Contact marketing@fontainebleau.com to receive a copy of your ticket.                     

Q How many days does it to take to process a refund?   
A Refunds take 3 to 5 business days.

Q Can I purchase general admission tickets?
A This varies by event.

Q Where is the Will Call located and when does it open?
A Will Call varies based on the location of the event. There will be floor directional signage from the Chateau Lobby to Will Call along with Team Members to guide you.

Q Can I enjoy the hotel’s amenities before/after the show if I am not a registered hotel guest? 
A Hotel amenities are for registered hotel guests only. However, you can purchase a day pass through a purchase of a cabana or Lapis Spa service. 

Q Will there be seating?
A This depends on the location of the event.

Q Are there tables available for purchase?
A Bleaulive events do not have tables for purchase unless specified otherwise on the event page.

Q Who can I contact for any inquiries/questions regarding the event?

Q If I leave the event can I gain re-entry? 
A Once you pick-up your wristband from Will Call, you will be able to enter and exit the event at your leisure.

Q Who gains access to the Meet and Greet?
A Meet and Greet access is only available to guests who have purchased the Meet and Greet package when it is available for sale.

Q Can you upgrade your package from Bleau Fan to Bleau VIP after check-in?
A After check-in, you cannot upgrade your stay form a Bleau Fan to Bleau VIP.  

Q Will there be food and drinks available?
A Guests can enjoy a variety of dining options at the hotel. All events have specialty bars available for beverage purchase. For "food" feel free to visit one of our 12 restaurants and lounges throughout the property. 

Q What is the dress code?
A There is no dress code at our BleauLive events, but Miami chic attire is recommended.

Q  Do I have to pay for parking at the hotel if I am attending the event?
A Yes, you have to pay for parking if you are attending the event. We offer a discounted valet parking for all local guests attending the event. BleauLive guests are provided with valet parking at a discounted rate of $15. This discounted valet does not apply to overnight guests who have purchased a room package (unless otherwise noted at time of purchase)
