Upon check-in, you will be required to provide a valid picture ID and (EMV chip certified) credit card. In some cases a pin number will also be requested if required. We also accept Apple Pay and other mobile payment services. Your credit card will be authorized for a $200 per day security deposit for incidental charges. Unused authorizations will be released at check-out and will take 5 to 7 business days to appear on your bank account.
Standard check-in time is 4PM, however you may process your check-in upon arrival and store your luggage at the Bell Desk until your room is ready. Rooms are guaranteed to be ready after 4PM. Our standard check-out time is 11AM. Please note that late check-out requests are based upon availability on the date of departure. Additional charges may apply.
Package Deliveries
Yes. You can send packages to Fontainebleau Miami Beach for your upcoming stay. Please follow the procedures below; all applicable charges will be posted to your guest room folio.
– Send all packages to: 4441 Collins Avenue, Miami Beach, FL 33140
– Packages will not be accepted under names of non-registered guests.
– Any packages not retrieved by guests after departure will be returned to sender. If the sender refuses the return, packages will be discarded.
– Packages arriving more than 30 days prior to a guest reservation will not be accepted.
– If your reservation is connected to a convention, please consult your meeting planner for additional procedures and charges.

Courier Deliveries
– Please note: Fontainebleau Concierge and Front Desk staff cannot accept alcohol, food, or grocery deliveries for guests before or during their stay. Guests are encouraged to coordinate these deliveries directly with their courier service.
Yes. Non-aggressive pets up to 50 pounds are welcome at the resort. A $100 non-refundable cleaning fee is required.
If you are having an event at Fontainebleau and wish to take photos in the public spaces of the hotel, please work with your catering manager to coordinate a photoshoot. Fontainebleau Miami Beach does not allow personal professional photography in the public areas of the hotel unless your event is taking place on property.
Hotel guests wishing to take personal photos during their stay are welcome to reach out to our photography partner to schedule their services. Email fb@photographyconcierge.com or call 305-535-1651. This is the only photographer authorized to take personal photography at Fontainebleau for hotel guests.

A daily fee of $53 per room will be added to your bill, which covers the following services:
– Gym access for all registered guests.
– Unlimited wireless internet access in guestrooms and at the pools.
– 2 hours of complimentary Fontainebleau bicycle usage, per day, per guest. Bicycles are located on the Sea Green Lawn.
– Complimentary non-motorized water sports gear, including kayaks and paddleboards (up to 30 minutes per day, per guest). Enjoy one complimentary banana boat ride per day, please sign up at the Bouyah Watersports Center, on the beach.
– Daily newspaper, available to collect at the Front Desk.
– Local and toll free phone calls.
– Beach chair for each registered guest.
– Access to Refresh Lounge (men’s and women’s lockers with showers, bathrooms and foyer) located downstairs by elevator. Ask for a key at the Front Desk.
Common fees include:
– Valet Parking:
– Hotel Guests: $58 to $73 per night, plus tax. Includes reentry privileges.
– Visitors: $40 to $53 plus tax (up to 5 hours, based on availability). If you exceed 5 hours, the overnight rate applies.
– JW Members: $16 plus tax (up to 5 hours, based on availability) when dining at our restaurants. Please ensure to have your ticket validated at the restaurant before heading to valet.
– Please note: Prices may be higher during special events.
– Vehicles with Advertisement: Requires approval from hotel marketing; fees may apply.
– Roll-Away Bed: $60 per day, plus tax.
– Mini-Fridge: $30 per day or $100 per week.
– Microwave:$30 per day, plus tax.
– Cribs: Free.

No. Fontainebleau Miami Beach is a non-smoking hotel. Smoking is permitted in designated smoking areas outside. There will be an additional charge equal to one night’s room and tax for smoking within the guest rooms.
Yes. Room service is available for breakfast 7 AM – 11 AM on weekdays and until 12 PM on Saturday and Sunday. Dinner is served from 5 PM – 11 PM daily. Lunch from 12 PM – 3 PM on weekdays.
Admission to LIV nightclub is not guaranteed. Admission fee and upscale attire requirements apply. Please note that LIV may be closed to the public due to special events or private parties. LIV management reserves the right to refuse admission to anyone, at staff’s sole discretion.
