    Originally from Malaysia, Chef Chee Ping Chang integrates innovation and tradition to create a menu aimed to surprise and delight. Prior to his tenure at Hakkasan, Chee refined his culinary skills at prestigious venues including Capella Singapore, a luxury resort, and the Tung Lok Group in Singapore.

    Lead Sommelier

    Erica Lozano, the lead sommelier at Hakkasan Fontainebleau Miami Beach, brings over a decade of experience in the hospitality industry. Certified by the Court of Master Sommeliers, her extensive knowledge of wine and sake is a testament to her ongoing dedication to mastering her craft.
