The buffet is an abundance of Chef White’s celebrated dishes, such as hamachi, salmon, and tuna crudos; housemade pasta, including lumache with vodka sauce and cavatelli with pomodoro sauce; a branzino carving station, in addition to a raw bar, salumi station, and egg station serving the finest flavors of land and sea. FONTAINEBLEAU’S EGG-STRAVAGANZA

Bring your little bunnies to Fontainebleau’s Egg-stravaganza on Sunday, April 20th. Taking place next to the Kid’s Pool on Sea Green Lawn, the Easter Egg Hunt for kids ages 6 and under kicks off at 1PM, followed by kids ages 7-10 at 2PM. Family-friendly activities such as arts and crafts and face painting will also be available for guests to enjoy during the celebration.
Participation in the Egg-stravaganza is open to families staying in the hotel, visiting Vida for Easter brunch, or guests renting a pool cabana.
