Celebrate Chinese New Year at Hakkasan with a special à la carte menu inspired by the Year of the Snake. Guests will also receive red Wishing Ribbons to write down their wishes for 2025. These ribbons will be displayed on the restaurant’s Ling Ling wall, symbolizing hopes for good luck and fortune.

Starting January 24th, indulge in the exclusive Ember Fang pairing — a Johnnie Walker Blue Cocktail artfully matched with a Jasmine Tea Beef Short Rib, all for $45++.

This menu will be available from January 16th to February 6th.

Chinese New Year Dragon Dance
On January 31st, experience the enchanting tradition of the Dragon Dance, commencing at 8PM in the Chateau Lobby and making its way to Hakkasan, where it will conclude around 8:30PM.
