Bleau Goes Pink
In honor of Breast Cancer Awareness Month, Fontainebleau Miami Beach is going pink across the property and social media platforms. We invite you to take part in a variety of vibrant “pink-tivities,” including fundraising initiatives in our restaurants + wellness activations.
To uphold a tradition, the iconic Chateau Building will be illuminated in pink throughout October to cultivate awareness and empower a worthy cause.
Join us in making an impact!
In collaboration with the female-founded ATIAN Rose Gin, the resort’s restaurants and bars — including Mirabella, Hakkasan, Prime 54, La Côte, Arkadia Grill, Vida, and Bleau Bar — are featuring limited-edition ‘Drink Pink’ cocktails.
For each ATIAN drink purchased, a donation will be made to the Miami Dolphins Cancer Challenge to benefit cancer research at Sylvester Comprehensive Cancer Center.
Dine Pink
Throughout October, Fontainebleau’s signature dining venues are unveiling “Bleau Goes Pink” menus, available Sundays to Thursdays.
Enjoy a curation of guest-favorite dishes with our limited-time three-course dinner for only $75++.

Pace for Pink
To strengthen our fundraising efforts, team members from Fontainebleau will come together across departments for the Susan G. Komen More Than Pink Walk on Saturday, October 19th.
