WHERE CAN I PURCHASE TICKETS?

Tickets are only available for purchase online via the official website at www.fontainebleau.com/nye

WHAT DOES THE PREMIUM ADMISSION TICKET INCLUDE?

Your Premium Admission ticket includes entrance to the event and Premium Open Bar, available 9PM to 2AM. This ticket is reserved for guests aged 21+. Premium Admission tickets do not come with seating. The only way to secure a seat is to purchase a table. There are multiple table seating options available for purchase at www.fontainebleau.com/nye.

WHAT DOES THE VIP ADMISSION TICKET INCLUDE?

Your VIP ticket includes:

– Entrance to the event and access to a Premium Open Bar, available from 9PM to 2AM.

– Access to the VIP La Côte viewing area and light bites.

– General admission access to the poolscape.

– This ticket is reserved for guests aged 21+.

VIP Admission tickets do not come with seating. The only way to secure a seat is to purchase a table. There are multiple table seating options available for purchase at www.fontainebleau.com/nye.

WHAT DOES THE FAMILY EXPERIENCE TICKET INCLUDE?

This ticket includes a seated dinner buffet in Sparkle Ballroom, an outdoor viewing party on Ocean Lawn and La Côte Lawn with Premium Open Bar for 21+, and complimentary sweet treat stations after dinner.

DO I HAVE TO BE A HOTEL GUEST TO PURCHASE TICKETS?

No. Tickets can be purchased by anyone, regardless of whether you are staying in the hotel. Staying at Fontainebleau does make the trip home easier, of course!

HOW OLD MUST I BE TO ATTEND?

The New Year’s Eve poolside event is reserved for guests 21+ (premium and VIP admission with open bar and reserved tables). However, special Family Experience tickets are available for guests of all ages.

WHAT TIME DO THE DOORS OPEN AND CLOSE?

Doors for Premium Admission, VIP Admission & Reserved Tables open at 9PM. The first dinner seating for the Family Experience starts at 7PM, and the second seating starts at 9PM. The Poolside event ends at 2AM

LIV Nightclub will be open 10PM – 5AM, and admission can be purchased separately.

WHAT TIME DOES THE SHOW START?

DJs will be spinning from 9PM until 2AM, but David Guetta takes the stage at 11PM

WHERE IS THE ENTRANCE TO THE EVENT?

Enter via the designated Arrivals Drive at the resort. Once inside Fontainebleau’s main Chateau lobby, you will be directed to the appropriate entrance to enter the event.

WHAT DO I NEED TO RECEIVE MY WRISTBAND?

Guests must present their wristband or ticket, either printed or viewable on their cell phone. A valid ID is required for 21+.

CAN I BUY A TICKET AT THE DOOR?

Limited tickets will be available for purchase at the door on the night of the event if the event has not sold out. They will be sold at the same price as on our website. We strongly encourage guests to purchase tickets online and in advance as day-of availability is not guaranteed.

IS THERE BOTTLE SERVICE & HOW CAN I CONNECT WITH A VIP HOST?

A variety of tables and cabanas with bottle service are available for purchase at https://www.fontainebleau.com/nye. For more information and to speak to a representative call 786-238-9797.

WHAT IS THE REFUND POLICY?

All ticket types, tables, and cabanas are non-refundable once purchased.

WHAT HAPPENS IF IT RAINS?

The event will be held rain or shine.

HOW MANY BARS ARE THERE?

There are premium bars located in various locations throughout the pool deck available for guests. This year we have added additional bars as well as large video screens to enjoy the show.

WILL THERE BE FOOD AVAILABLE FOR PURCHASE?

For Premium Admission attendees, there will be limited food available for purchase at the event. Select VIP Admission areas will include complimentary small bite stations. The Family Experience includes a buffet-style dinner served in the Sparkle Ballroom, prior to entering the outdoor event area, with sweet treats also available outdoors on the lawns.

We highly recommend dining beforehand. Fontainebleau offers a wide variety of incredible New Year’s Eve dining options prior to the event. Reservations are highly recommended at all our restaurants on New Year’s Eve.

WHAT HAPPENS AT MIDNIGHT? IS THERE A BALL DROP?

There is a countdown along with a virtual ball drop, led by our artists.

IS PARKING AVAILABLE? HOW MUCH DOES IT COST?

Valet parking at Fontainebleau is available. Standard rates apply.

CAN I BRING MY OWN SEATING?

No outside seating will be allowed. Please do not bring chairs or seating with you as they will not be allowed.

Smoking or vaping is not permitted inside the resort. Outdoor designated smoking areas indicated throughout the resort.

FAMILY EXPERIENCE

IS THIS OPEN TO ALL AGES?

This is the only section of our New Years event that is open to guests of all ages. However, please note that guests under 21 MUST be accompanied by an adult at all times during the evening. Each guest age 4 and above must have a ticket.

HOW DOES THE BUFFET DINNER AND SEATING TIMES WORK?

A seated, buffet-style dinner will be served in the Sparkle Ballroom, separate from the main event on the lawn. The dinner will be available to book in two seatings. The first is from 7PM to 9PM. The second is from 9PM to 11PM. You can only dine during your designated seating window.

Guests are encouraged to arrive at least 30 minutes before their chosen seating time. Seating is available on a first-come, first-served basis, and while we will do our best to seat families together, seating arrangements are not guaranteed. Dinner service will end at 11 PM, so please make sure to arrive on time to enjoy the buffet dinner.

Outside of these times, a selection of small bites and sweet treats will be available for guests while enjoying the concert outside.

WILL THERE BE SEATING OUTSIDE IN THE FAMILY EXPERINCE AREA?

No. Due to limited space, the outdoor Family Experience will be standing room ONLY. Seating is provided for the buffet dinner experience in Sparkle Ballroom.

I WANT TO GO TO OTHER AREAS OF THE EVENT – WILL I HAVE ACCESS?

The Family Experience ticket grants access ONLY to the sectioned off area of La Côte and Ocean lawns. You will not be allowed to access other event areas on the poolscape with this ticket.

CAN I RETURN TO THE DINNER BUFFET AFTER I GO TO THE OUTDOOR VIEWING PARTY?

No. Upon proceeding through security and entering Sparkle Ballroom, you cannot re-enter should you exit the Ballroom. Please ensure your family has finished your dinner first before proceeding to outdoor family experience, as you cannot return to the Ballroom once outside.

HOW DO THE BARS WORK?

A variety of premium bars are available for guests 21 and over, and a variety of non-alcoholic beverages are available for guests under 21. Complimentary beverages are served until 1:30AM.

WHAT IS THE VIEW LIKE FROM THE FAMILY EXPERIENCE AREA?

Excellent! The map seen above details the location of the family/viewing area. Large video screens are also prevalent throughout the area.

TICKETING & WRISTBANDS

HOW DO I GET MY WRISTBAND ONCE I PURCHASE THE TICKET?

All tickets purchased prior to Monday, December 15 will be shipped to the address provided at checkout in the form of a wristband.

Those who purchased tickets after Monday, December 15 or selected pickup at checkout can pick up their wristbands at Will Call, located in Fontainebleau Miami Beach’s lobby, open Monday, December 29 through Wednedsay, December 31.

Picking up wristbands in advance is highly recommended! Once secured tightened is on your wrist for a smooth entry

WHEN DO CREDENTIAL AND WRISTBAND DELIVERIES BEGIN?

Tickets will begin shipping Monday, December 1 if you do not receive your wristband the week before the event, please reach out to [email protected] for assistance.

I’D RATHER NOT RECEIVE MY WRISTBANDS IN THE MAIL. WHAT ARE MY OPTIONS?

That’s okay! You have the option to pick up your wristband up at the Will Call. Just make sure to select that delivery method at checkout.

WHEN AND WHERE IS WILL CALL FOR WRISTBAND PICK-UP?

Will Call will be located in the Fontainebleau’s main lobby at the Concierge window and will open Monday, December 29 through Wednesday, December 31. Please bring a government issued ID and your order confirmation.

HOW DO THE WRISTBANDS WORK ONCE I ENTER THE EVENT?

After scanning your wristband and proceeding through security at your designated entry point, there will be additional scanning stations at the entrance to each outdoor section. Your wristband will only grant you access to the area associated with the ticket type you purchased. Once you leave the event, the wristband will not be valid for re-entry.

I HAVE LOST OR DAMAGED MY WRISTBAND. CAN I GET A REPLACEMENT?

Wristband replacement is subject to verification of the order. If you need a replacement, please bring your wristband, order number and government-issued ID to the Will Call

DO I STILL NEED MY ID IF I RECEIVED MY WRISTBAND IN ADVANCE?

Yes! You still need to show a government issued ID the night of the event for security and age verification purposes.

I NEVER RECEIVED MY WRISTBANDS IN THE MAIL OR NEED ADDITIONAL HELP. WHO CAN I CONTACT?

CAN I TRADE OR GIVE MY WRISTBAND TO SOMEONE ELSE?

No. Wristbands are non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and MUST be worn securely on the wrist and cannot be slipped on and off.
